Sr. Azure Infrastructure Engineer

Prestige Staffing is currently partnered with a software product company that is making a large transition in to the cloud. They develop enterprise software that allows large organizations to better manage their current and future workforce logistics. Up until recently, they’ve been heavily utilizing on-premise data centers and are making a major effort to move their production data in to Microsoft Azure.

In order to help them with this migration, they’re seeking an expert Azure Infrastructure Engineer to be an influential part of this process. They’re seeking a senior level technologist who has been a part of at least one on-prem to cloud migration, specifically in a Windows/Azure environment.

They’re a stable, and growing software organization that has never had a layoff, or a reduction in force in their 15+ year history. They value hiring smart, passionate engineers who desire growth and progression, both technically and professionally.

What They’re Looking for In the Right Candidate:

• Hands on Experience with an On-Prem to Cloud Migration (Azure)
• Strong experience building, maintaining, and supporting public and private Azure infrastructure solutions
• Proficiency with automating deployments, maintenance, and testing within Azure
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and additional services
• Deep expertise in Windows Operating Systems and Servers from an engineer and administrative perspective
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Docker Images, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes, Etc..
