Prestigious Physician Group in Georgia looking for a Certified Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find a Certified Medical Lab Technician (MLT) to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self-starter. If you want the opportunity to work in a rewarding and dynamic environment, this is your chance. This is a temporary to permanent position and pay is based upon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hospital lab testing 
• Provides support for the community blood center, manufacturing components, donor qualification testing, blood component processing and inventory management.
• Conduct specimen processing and preservation.
• Perform required quality control on instrument maintenance.

Job qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of accredited program for Medical Lab Technician.
• One to Two years of lab tech experience.
• Ability to accurately read and write medical terminology.
• Certified through AMT or ASCP
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• This is a contract to hire role and pay is $25-35/hr based on experience
