Corporate Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Help grow our amazing staff!
  • Highly demonstrate Prestige’s core values; Positive Attitude, Work Ethic, Coachability, Urgency, and Teamwork
  • Prioritize and plan recruiting needs with internal team and hiring managers
  • Search for and engage candidates through various job boards, internal database, referrals, and various social and professional media tools
  • Write effective content needed for online job postings
  • Qualify and disqualify candidates during phone calls and in-person interviews
  • Match candidate skills/desires/personality with Prestige’s culture and needs
  • Conduct candidate calls to prep for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interview
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop best practices in the industry
  • Plan team outings and celebrations

Corporate Recruiter Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-5 years of corporate recruiting or sales experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Coachable and enthusiastic about being part of a team
  • The intellect to “think on your feet,” solve problems, and make wise decisions
  • Ability to be a creative thinker and leverage positive influence
  • Desire to pursue a career in Talent Acquisition
