Director of Marketing

Pay: $120-160K plus equity

Location: 100% remote (ideally Atlanta, GA)

Our client is a successful healthcare SaaS company headquartered in California, but with distributed teams in Atlanta and North Carolina. They are looking for their next Director of Marketing to build branding, content authoring, and lead generation initiatives.  This role will report directly to the CEO and will require effective cross functional leadership by working with product and sales teams to align revenue growth goals across the company. Ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds and previous experience in healthcare application marketing. This position can be based in anywhere in the USA with preference given to candidates located in Atlanta Metro Area.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in generating content such as newsletters, blogs, and release notes is a must.
  • Ability to effectively interpret campaign metrics, NPS, and user feedback to improve positioning and content.
  • Experience in building successful lead generation campaigns that feed the top of the sales funnel. Someone who can deliver against a monthly MQL quota.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to prioritize business goals with the product, sales, and leadership team.
  • Works with various teams internally to define branding objectives that highlight current direction and product strategy.
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing (AMB) practices and principles.
  • Experience in website design that optimizes click-through rates, CTA capture, and conversions.
  • Create quarterly and annual marketing plans that illustrate current demand and growth trajectories for the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years in healthcare or SaaS marketing. Healthcare application experience is strongly preferred.
  • Generate new campaigns on a consistent basis and advise GTM teams on conversion strategies to increase revenue and brand awareness.
  • Expert with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, MailChimp.
  • Quickly interprets customer and market feedback from Product, Sales, Leadership teams to incorporate in new content and campaigns,
  • Experience with full cycle event marketing. Sourcing and planning events for the sales team from start to finish,
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, Engineering, English or equivalent is required. 
  • Familiarity with current trends in healthcare and technology.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment.
  • Needs to be an innovative thinker who is abreast with the latest trends and technologies in marketing and demand generation.
  • Exceptional written and communication skills are essential to this role.
