    • monitioring the que for tickets and different levels
    • Help Desk experience
    • Tier 1 passwork reset 
    • Ative Directory experience
    • Sharepoint experience 
    • microsoft 365 
    • cloud is a huge plus especially Azure 
    • experience with login me 
    • Microsoft experience - specifically O365, teams, and authenticator 
    • experience with remote desktop solutions 
    • degree highly preferred 
    • they recieve 600 tickets a month 
    • no weekend work 
    • very client facing - email and calls
