Junior Media Manager
Pay: $50,000-65,000 based on experience
Location: Buckhead, GA
Our client is looking to hire a Jr. Media Manager to join our rapidly growing Digital Marketing team. You will report directly into the Media Director. The ideal candidate is hungry for the opportunity to join a growing media team and help build a best-in-class digital marketing offering amongst a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, high-achieving team that’s excited to deliver digital marketing growth for our clients. You are detail-oriented, analytical and well-versed across digital media channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-2 years digital marketing experience, with exposure to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics a major plus
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Drive, including Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides and Gmail
- Experience with media planning tools a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and highly detail-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data manipulation experience, at least within Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc), a major plus
Responsibilities:
- Support media team with research & insights that help develop digital marketing strategies and media plans
- Manage media budgets and timelines, including daily pacing
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual budget forecasts for media spend, across channels
- Manage campaign & asset trafficking, implementation and QA process
- Regularly monitor media performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Contribute to monthly reporting & insights
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to discuss upfront campaign setup (i.e., KPIs/goals), execution and testing frameworks
- Support team members in developing client presentations, pitches and other deliverables
- Conduct ongoing research for media programs, including social listening and sentiment analysis, competitive monitoring and search behavior
- Work with external vendors, platforms and ad technologies to ensure client needs are met
- Contribute to cross-channel, audience and creative insights on a regular cadence to provide unquestionable value for clients
- Provide media perspective across variety of team deliverables (website, videos, banners, social ads, reports, etc.).
- Assist with creation and dissemination of thought leadership on changes within the industry, trends, etc.
- Develop and monitor test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and expand media mix
- Assist in strategic and tactical planning, including media planning, audience segmentation, copywriting and channel research
- Own the QA process across all active media programs
- Pull reporting as needed, directly from the platforms and/or web analytics, to contribute to internal optimization and external client measurement
