Prestige Staffing is searching for sales minded for an Outbound TeleSales Representative. This is a permanent position with a growing company. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to successfully pass a background check, and start a new job within a couple of weeks. 40 hour/week role, must be able to work 8a-5p but flexible to work overtime to meet goals.
Pay: $12 - 14/hr, plus commission after 45 days (total comp usually comes out to $17-24/hr after the training period)
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to potential clients that may be interested in products or services
- Regularly exceeds performance metrics and goals set by management
- Identifies availability on an e-Calendar and schedule meetings for the client’s sales team
- Proficient at multitasking and working out of different systems
- Proficient at effectively communicating via phone and email
What It Takes:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Minimum of 1 year within customer service, B2B/ B2C sales, retail, hospitality, or other related
- Track record of high achievement
- Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and detail oriented
