Skills: College Degree, 3-7 years as a Product Manager
Pay: $80,000-120,000
Location: Atlanta (Buckhead, Midtown, Alpharetta)
We have multiple clients in Atlanta looking for sharp Product Managers. These positions are for software product companies. We have openings for both small startups less than 50 employees and established mid-size companies with over 500 employees. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-7 years of agile scrum experience as a business analyst, product owner, or in product management role
- Ability to think critically and constructively about complex business problems, clearly communicate analysis, and present solutions to address the real business needs.
- Experience with agile software management tools (JIRA, VersionOne, etc.).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and work with multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product life cycle, from start to finish.
- Facilitate sessions with business and technical teams to clarify requirements, define user stories and design a solution to address the real needs of stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst to elicit and validate requirements, generate mockups and deliver well-written user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria to the development team on a weekly basis.
- Take ownership for the day-to-day decisions including prioritization, sprint commitment, scope definition and the acceptance/rejection of user stories to ensure product development stays aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate and manage relationships with customers for ongoing discovery, testing and feedback sessions.
- Create and communicate roadmap and release plans for designated product line initiatives.
