Medical Payment Poster
Pay: $20-22/hr.
Location: United States / Remote
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accept payments and process payments manually
- Keep track of payment deposits from patients and insurance reconciling details
- Prepare payment patches
- Conduct audits for billing cycles
- Assess explanation of benefits (EOB) from insurance companies
- Keep accurate billing records and report any discrepancies
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in patient and insurance posting
- Ability to process a high volume of work
- Strong knowledge of EOBs
- Data Entry and typing skills
- Keen attention to detail
