HR Process Optimization Specialist
HR Process Optimization Specialist
Location: Hybrid (preferred, flexible), Onsite as needed in South Bend, IN
Summary:
The HR Process Optimization Specialist plays a vital role in designing, enhancing, and standardizing HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. This role aims to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, and elevate the employee experience within a dynamic HR shared services environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or HR transformation
- Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and data management
- Proficiency in Visio and Microsoft Office suite; no advanced system experience required
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current HR processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
- Design scalable, standardized future-state HR workflows aligned with service goals
- Partner with HR Operations, Shared Services, and HR Technology to implement improvements
- Develop comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and performance metrics
- Map end-to-end HR workflows; identify automation and technology opportunities
- Create visual workflows and process documentation using Visio and Microsoft tools
