Pay: $21-23/hr (based on experience)

Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant certification
- Prior clinical support experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and proficiency in medical documentation
- Flexibility to perform both general and procedure room tasks
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate patient check-in and guide them to exam rooms
- Triage visits, record vital signs, and document patient information
- Request and review patient records and imaging reports
- Assist providers with referrals, orders, and prescriptions
- Call in prescriptions and dispense medications as prescribed
- Conduct medication prior authorizations through Cover My Meds
- Perform brain scope testing and scan patient records
- Review and process forms such as Review of Systems & PHQ-9
- Manage email, voicemail, and fax correspondence efficiently
- Track sample medications and maintain stock levels
- Sanitize patient rooms and equipment
- Prepare patients and documents for procedures, including injections and surgical prescriptions
- Coordinate with external providers and enter necessary orders
