Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic pain management practice. As a practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting wellness. This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to advance their career and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Schedule:
2-2.5 days per week, 8 hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients
- Diagnose and treat pain management conditions
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as medical imaging and laboratory tests
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records

Requirements:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in GA
- Pain Management experience preferred
- Experience administering trigger point injections, musculoskeletal joint injections, and PRP injections.
- Excellent clinical skills with the ability to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan
- Strong knowledge of medical conditions, treatments, and medications
