Location: Hybrid in Raleigh, NC - 3 days onsite
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is part of the business system service delivery team. This is a cross-functional role that requires interactions with Supply Chain, Sales, Human Resource and Finance Teams in addition to IT.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess the current state of a business process and identify attributes to improve and add value to the business processes in all ERP systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned to complete project tasks and requirements.
- Gathering, refining, and documenting detailed business requirements
- Coordinate and drive employee education regarding ERP and business processes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years’ relevant experience.
- Experience working with SQL language and relational databases such as SQL Server
- Successful candidates must be able to work in a collaborative and teamwork driven environment.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics BC365.
