Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to oversee HR functions across multiple primary care clinics in North Atlanta. This full-time role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits, training, and policy development for a rapidly growing organization with over 150 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare HR, excel in a multi-location environment, and possess a strategic approach to HR leadership to enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare and multi-site organizations
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek and travel to clinics when necessary
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop all HR functions across clinics, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and best practices organization-wide
- Support clinic managers in hiring processes and create structured onboarding experiences
- Serve as a confidential resource for employees and managers, handling investigations and coaching
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate employee records
- Manage benefits enrollment, payroll support, and leave programs
- Recommend and implement training and development initiatives for staff and leadership
- Participate in strategic workforce planning and HR leadership activities
