Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare front office
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, polished, and friendly demeanor both in person and over the phone
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and route phone calls efficiently, addressing patient inquiries
• Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up as needed
• Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments to optimize the calendar
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
• Keep the reception area organized and reflective of the boutique practice’s standard of excellence
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth communication and support
