Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Occupational Medicine
Location: Plymouth, WI
Pay: $25 – $27 per hour
Schedule: M-F; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide walk-in care for work-related injuries and illnesses.

• Assist with scheduled visits including:

• Pre-employment physicals

• Annual exams

• DOT physicals

• OSHA-regulated evaluations

• Perform occupational health testing and screenings, including:

• Drug screening (urine and breath alcohol testing)

• Audiograms

• Spirometry

• Screening labs

• Accurately document clinical information and support medical providers as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold clinic standards.

• Communicate effectively with patients, clients, and internal teams.

• May be required to float to Sheboygan 

  Qualifications:

  • Active CMA certification required.

  • Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

  • Experience in Occupational Health or Urgent Care is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
