Main Tasks and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues across multiple sites. Here’s a non-exhaustive list of tasks:
? Receive and manage Help Desk incidents through JSM, in-person, phone, email, and chat, logging all issues in the ticketing system.
? Work to resolve incidents and fulfill requests, collaborating with other Information Systems teams to ensure timely resolution.
? Ensure continuous Help Desk phone coverage during business hours.
? Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and notify the Systems Help Desk Supervisor of any challenges in meeting these targets.
? Follow policies, procedures, and standards for Help Desk incident management and request fulfillment.
? Utilize online Confluence resources and JSM ticketing systems to find solutions and update documentation.
? Provide support for IS teams, including Applications, EHR, and Network teams, to gain hands-on experience.
? Support additional activities as requested by IS managers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
? High School Diploma or equivalent.
? Minimum 2 years of experience in an Information Systems Help Desk environment.
? Flexibility to adjust work schedules, including occasional Saturdays, to meet SLAs.
? Ability to support multiple sites within the assigned region.
? Proficiency in IT technologies, including:
- Windows Operating Systems
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Active Directory)
