Sr. Financial Analyst-Grants (hybrid)

Prestige Staffing is hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst for the Grant Division. This is a direct hire role with a very involved facility in the community with excellent benefits. This role will be hybrid and the ideal candidate will have high speed internet and a quite designated work space. The facility will provide the equipment. 

Pay: $67K-95K (Depending on education and experience) 
Location: Hybrid, Chattanooga, TN 
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

Job Summary:  
Responsible for all fair market value analysis and reporting for all physician compensation. Responsible for all grant reporting and ongoing maintenance.  Responsible for coordination of A133 audit.  Responsible for maintaining appropriate liabilities for Self Insurance cases.  Responsible for reconciling the Self Insurance Trust account.  Responsible for reconciliation of all prepaid accounts.  Responsible for timely payment of pension related fees.  Provides necessary information for auditors and other required parties.  Participates in and performs various special projects. Serves as designated responsible person in absence of Accounting Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of general ledger experience
• PeopleSoft experience preferred
• Professional accounting certification preferred
• Healthcare experience a plus
• 3+ years working with grants
