Job Title: Pediatric Medical Biller

Location:  Sandy Springs, GA - Fully on-site
Pay:  $20-25/hr.

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pediatric Medical Biller to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing medical billing for pediatric services. Your tasks will include verifying insurance information, submitting claims, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring accurate coding in accordance with healthcare regulations. Strong knowledge of pediatric procedures, ICD-10 codes, CPT codes, and insurance billing systems is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required to interact with insurance providers, patients, and healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify insurance details for pediatric patients
• Submit accurate claims for pediatric services using appropriate codes
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate documentation
• Follow up on denied or rejected claims for resolution

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical billing, preferably in pediatrics
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and pediatric-specific coding
• Familiarity with insurance policies and reimbursement processes
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
