Pay
$95,000 - $120,000 annually (base salary)

Summary
Seeking a skilled Workday Systems Analyst to support a dynamic, fast-growing orthodontic organization. This role involves leading the integration of Workday Financials and assisting with the upcoming implementation of Workday HCM (HR). The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, experience with databases and APIs, and a passion for technology. You will serve as a key liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors during the Workday Go-Live, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing system support. This position offers significant growth potential within a stable industry and company.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Workday modules, especially integrations and reporting
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL queries, and APIs
- Experience with development languages such as Python, C#, or Java
- 3+ years as a Workday System Analyst or similar role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Knowledge of enterprise applications integration and troubleshooting
- Ability to support end-user training and documentation
- Prior experience working in cross-functional environments, liaising with HR, Finance, and IT teams
- Preferred: familiarity with AI tools and automation in system workflows
Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of Workday Financials and support upcoming Workday HCM implementation
- Act as the primary technical liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and vendors during Go-Live
- Troubleshoot and maintain current enterprise applications, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
- Support system configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of workflows
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with external vendors to ensure seamless integration and implementation
- Support end-user training to maximize system adoption and proficiency
- Assist in data reporting, analytics, and providing actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations such as HIPAA and PCI
