Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Solutions Enablement Lead to spearhead critical cloud migration projects for one of the industry’s leading telecommunications clients. This role involves building strong client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex cloud initiatives on the GCP platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with exceptional project management capabilities, primarily focusing on cloud DevOps, agile practices, and fixed-fee SOW projects. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital transformation efforts in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of managing software delivery, cloud DevOps teams, or technology projects within complex enterprise settings, preferably in the telco space
- Proven experience with cloud platforms, particularly GCP and AWS
- Strong background in project/program management, Agile methodologies, and SDLC ownership
- PMP and/or Agile certification preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with high EQ, capable of building lasting client and team relationships
- Ability to lead and own projects from scoping through delivery, managing risks and expectations proactively
- Experience working in professional services environments with enterprise customers in dynamic, uncertain markets
- Business acumen including developing business cases, statements of work, and supporting commercial negotiations
- Comfortable facilitating scoping, design, sprint planning, and stakeholder communications across distributed teams
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client teams, understanding their business objectives and strategic drivers
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, resolving conflicts and removing blockers to ensure project success
- Foster a culture of best practices in cloud delivery, guiding clients through their cloud transformation journey
- Develop and execute detailed work plans, adjusting as needed to meet project goals and client expectations
- Track, report, and communicate project outcomes transparently to stakeholders and clients
- Identify project risks and issues early, creating action plans for resolution and mitigation
- Manage security and operational risks associated with cloud and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and support account management efforts
- Ensure robust change management processes for all project modifications
- Mentor and guide the Solutions Enablement team, promoting continuous learning and improvement
