Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs) | Hybrid
Pay: $35/hr+
Job Type: Contract to potential hire
Job Overview
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and hands-on experience in managing system enhancements and implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and automation of HR processes across recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and payroll
- Configure and implement enhancements within ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions
- Create and maintain standard and custom reports; ensure data accuracy and support audits
- Develop training materials and lead system training for HR users and managers
- Configure and maintain benefit enrollment modules; troubleshoot related issues
- Manage company intranet HR content and updates
- Implement and configure employee engagement programs on the recognition platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HRIS roles; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and successfully pass a background check
