Business Analyst
Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lake Bluff, IL (3 days onsite)
Compensation: 90-95k
Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in BI development to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize reporting within our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data models using NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW). The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance data visibility, improve analytics capabilities, and support business intelligence initiatives.
Required Skills, Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or any other analytics-related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst. Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite and/or NSAW is preferred, but not essential.
- Functional experience in supporting analytics deliverables across all business functions
- Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening
