Cost Controller

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Cost Controller to lead the implementation of a standard cost system across our operations. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a standard cost accounting structures that enhance financial transparency, improve cost accuracy, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current cost structures and accounting processes
• Develop and implement a standard cost system tailored to operational needs
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate cost allocations
• Establish procedures for variance analysis and cost control
• Train staff on cost system usage and reporting protocols
• Provide detailed documentation and transition plans for ongoing management

• Proven experience in cost accounting or financial control within food manufacturing or related industries
• Strong knowledge of standard costing systems and ERP integration
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
