Job Title
Account Executive - Education Focused Sales
Pay
$95,000 base salary + $65,000 bonus — total compensation up to $160,000 TC
Location
100% remote, with a preference for candidates in Allen, TX
Summary
Join a fast-growing tech company specializing in live streaming solutions for organizations worldwide. This role focuses on expanding the company’s footprint within the education market, specifically targeting K-12, colleges, universities, and faith-based educational institutions. As an Account Executive, you will drive consultative sales, build relationships with decision-makers in educational settings, and help shape the future of live broadcasting technology in the education sector. You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-energy team with tremendous growth potential, working in a role that demands strategic prospecting and relationship-building from scratch.
Requirements
- Proven success in consultative sales within the education sector or with churches
- 1-3 years of sales prospecting experience, including cold outreach, social selling, and pipeline development
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A passion for technology, A/V systems, SaaS solutions, or live streaming hardware
- Knowledge of church environments, including video broadcasting workflows involving HDMI and video encoding/decoding
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles (generally 20-30 days)
- Self-motivated, capable of building prospecting strategies without an SDR
- Familiarity with target markets such as churches with less than 700 attendees and faith-based schools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to target churches and educational institutions
- Prospect and generate new leads independently, managing the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing
- Present tailored live streaming solutions to church leaders and educators, understanding their technical needs and organizational hierarchy
- Guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, building trusted relationships with pastors, school administrators, and decision-makers
- Create compelling demos and presentations highlighting how Resi’s platform addresses their unique broadcast needs
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and accurately track sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
