Credit Balance Rep x3

Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find Credit Balance Reps Posters to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self-starter. Location
Onsite: Miramar, FL

Responsibilities:

• Review patient accounts with credit balances to determine the cause of overpayments.
• Process refunds to patients, insurance companies, or other responsible parties as necessary.
• Communicate with patients, insurance providers, and internal departments to clarify and resolve credit balance issues.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies through research and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of one-year experience in medical billing service. 
• Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially on all levels. 
• Flexibility and reliability. 
• Ability to input information quickly and accurately. 
•  Ability to organize and reconcile data. 
• Ability to apply written guidelines and work practices.
