Pay:$21-24 based on experience

Requirements:
- Certified or credentialed Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine or private practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with EHR systems; experience with eClinicalWorks highly desirable
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to wear scrubs
- Must present a professional, patient-focused attitude; experience in blood draws, injections, and blood work preferred
- Prior authorization, referral management, and scheduling experience is a plus
- Candidates seeking part-time or full-time long-term employment preferred; not suitable for students
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, obtain vitals, and prepare exam rooms
- Assist physicians with in-office procedures, immunizations, EKGs, and screenings
- Document clinical information accurately in the EHR
- Support specimen collection and basic lab functions (phlebotomy preferred)
- Manage prior authorizations, referrals, and medication refills
- Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment following OSHA protocols
- Conduct administrative duties including chart preparation, scheduling, and patient communication
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize patient flow and ensure a seamless experience
