Job Title: Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients - primarily handling payment transactions over the phone and redirecting calls as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for assisting others in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare providers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Process payments accurately and securely using our electronic payment systems.
- Provide information about billing statements, payment options, and insurance claims.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex billing issues.
