Location: 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC
Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Engineer to join our Service Delivery team, supporting end-user computing environments and overseeing project implementations outside of M&A activities.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in client systems administration
- Deep knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365, including tenant migrations
- Support experience with virtual environments like VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with basic networking needs (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning and execution of system integrations for new acquisitions, including domain migrations, device migrations, and network alignment
- Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices from procurement to retirement
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise firewall / switches / routers
- Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for the Service Desk and Field Service Engineers, resolving complex technical issues
