Pay
$70,000 - $85,000 base salary
Location
This position can be based in Manhattan, NY; Florida; or Dallas, TX. It is a 100% on-site role requiring regular travel.
Summary
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Systems Analyst & Integration/Implementation Specialist to join a dynamic IT team. This role involves supporting system migrations, implementing new technologies, managing integrations, and providing technical support to users across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and is comfortable traveling once a month. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless system transitions, user training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, IT implementation, or system integration
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft) are a plus
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud environments
- Experience with TCP/IP networking protocols, SCCM, Intune, or similar tools
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently
- Willingness to travel approximately once a month for site visits and training sessions
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Participate in system migrations, acquisitions, and integrations involving Active Directory, Office 365, and telephony systems
- Lead deployments, user onboarding, and hypercare support after go-live
- Develop and deliver training sessions both onsite and remotely
- Support phone migrations, auto attendant configurations, and system updates in collaboration with the Telephony Team
- Coordinate project communications, documentation, and training logistics
- Maintain organized records for audits and operational workflows
- Assist with IT change management processes to ensure smooth user transitions
