Remote Denials Supervisor (Physician)

Prestige Staffing has been asked by one of the most prestigious hospitals to hire someone for a Supervisory role. This role is remote but preferred that the individual live within a comfortable driving distance to Atlanta, GA. for special events for the team. The team they will supervise will also be local and remote. This is a direct hire role that comes with advancement opportunities and top tier benefits. 

Requirements:

• Help build and motivate the team
• Be able to train individuals on follow up and denials
• Know how to have crucial conversations
• Excel Savvy
• Leadership experience in Pre-cert/Authorization and COB denials
• Know how to interpret Pre-cert/Authorization Denials
• Know how to navigate thru Financial Clearance (COB denials)
• CPAR or ACPAR certified or have a degree in healthcare or similar
• EPIC experience is very helpful 
• Physician business office experience
• 2-3 years of leadership exp managing 10+ seasoned people
• Used to managing and working in a production environment
• Able to collaborate and lead meetings with other departments
• Knows how to read and interpret payer contracts
