We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Total Rewards to lead our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs, ensuring our talent strategies align with our business goals.
Position Summary:
The Director, Total Rewards is a critical leadership role responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's total rewards strategy. This role will ensure our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives and talent acquisition and retention goals. Reporting to the CHRO, the Director will provide strategic guidance and operational expertise to drive a high-performance culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Design:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization's strategic goals and aligns with market best practices.
- Conduct competitive market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and equitable.
- Design and manage executive compensation programs, including short-term and long-term incentive plans.
- Evaluate and enhance existing benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee perks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in total rewards, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Experience with executive compensation and long-term incentive plans.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) certification preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
