Prestige Staffing is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to work with ENT practices as a Vestibular Technician in Annapolis, VA areas. Will preform up to 5 diagnostic tests. We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible, and certified Medical Assistant to join our team.
Compensation:
$27/hour
Monthly bonus based on the number of patients tested.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected Hours: No less than 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
*Performs diagnostic testing.
*Diagnostic Testing: Operate multiple pieces of state-of-the-art vestibular diagnostic equipment on scheduled patients.
*Client Interaction: Maintain professional and courteous interactions with providers’ offices and patients, ensuring high-quality service.
*Clinical Coordination: Work proficiently with web-based portals to submit timely and accurate diagnostic results for clinical interpretation.
*Leadership Potential: As the business grows, take on a leadership role within the territory, helping to train and manage additional technicians.
*Professional Representation: Serve as the face of Topple Diagnostics, providing exceptional in-office customer service and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
*Certified Medical Assistant Degree (Preferred).
*High School Diploma (Required).
*Physical ability to operate equipment
*3+ years of experience working in a medical office environment.
*2+ years of experience with diagnostic equipment (e.g., X-ray, EKG, EMG, ABI).
*Prior medical management experience is a plus.
*Proficient understanding of medical terminology, CPT Coding (ICD-10), and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR).
*Experience in ENT, Audiology, Neurotology, Neurology, or Dizziness/Balance Centers is a major plus.
*Familiarity with vestibular diagnostic equipment or experience working with patients who have vestibular dysfunction or a history of falls is highly desirable.
*Strong technological proficiency, particularly with patient management software.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
*Highly motivated, self-driven, punctual, and disciplined.
