Requirements

  • 2-3 years of successful marketing experience across multiple functions such as demand generation, paid search, paid social, and event management
  • Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Reside in the greater Austin area (in-office position, no remote work)

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies to elevate brand presence among prospective customers
  • Manage online reviews and respond to customer feedback on social platforms like G2
  • Promote services through various channels, including podcasts, interviews, speaking engagements, and company events
  • Regularly post content on company social media accounts via HubSpot CRM, coordinating with graphic designers for visual assets and measuring engagement metrics
  • Create and distribute a monthly email newsletter featuring blog posts, infographics, and news updates
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Support the planning and management of webinars, virtual and in-person conferences, and sponsorship opportunities
  • Handle logistics for events, including reserving space, managing contracts, and coordinating materials
  • Track industry awards and ensure timely submissions
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent messaging and enhance the customer journey
  • Analyze marketing performance data and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital tools
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and reliability
