We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Engineer to join a fast-moving digital transformation team at a leading organization. This is a hands-on role designing and deploying agentic AI systems that deliver real-world impact for customers. You will be working on sophisticated AI workflows, from prompt architecture and multi-step reasoning agents to serverless orchestration using AWS-native technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate AI agents with APIs, tools, and external resources
• Build frameworks to evaluate agent performance, reliability, and safety
• Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver fully integrated solutions
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices in AI and software engineering

Technical Requirements / Skills:
• Strong experience in prompt engineering and building autonomous AI agents
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock, Python, LangChain, and serverless services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3)
• Experience with Terraform and modern CI/CD practices
• Strong understanding of API integration, tool-use patterns, and database optimization
• Solid software development experience in Python or Java (5–9 years total experience preferred)
• Familiarity with functional programming concepts, software design patterns, and cybersecurity principles

This is a great opportunity for engineers looking to work at the forefront of AI agent development in a production environment, contributing to transformative digital initiatives while working with a collaborative, high-performing team.
