Summary:
Join our team as an Orthopedic Technician, specializing in casting, splinting, and brace application. This role involves providing essential support to patient care by applying and removing casts, braces, splints, and other orthopedic devices. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with patients, educate them on their supplies, and assist with ordering durable medical equipment (DME). Ideal candidates will have hands-on casting experience and a willingness to learn and grow within the orthopedic field.

Requirements:

• Experience in applying and removing casts
• Certification in casting (preferred)
• Strong patient communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Apply and remove casts accurately and efficiently
• Apply and remove braces, splints, bandages, and prosthetic devices
• Educate patients on their orthopedic devices and care procedures
• Assist with ordering and managing DME supplies
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
