Summary
Join a dynamic support team working with one of the largest and most reputable law firms in the country. This role focus on triaging and troubleshooting network, security, and system issues within a fast-paced environment. You will support the Security Operations Center (SSOC) team, handling lower-level tickets and ensuring smooth system operations across various platforms, including Azure, Office365, and Exchange. The position offers excellent growth potential, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to earn significant overtime and bonuses.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, security, or systems.
- Degree in IT or related field; certifications such as CompTIA, Network+, Security+ are preferred.
- Experience with Azure, Office365, Exchange, and virtualization.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to networking, security, and systems support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, specifically Freshservice.
- Ability to analyze and identify phishing emails and other security threats.
- Good communication skills and ability to escalate issues beyond scope.
- Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Support and triage network, security, and system issues within the SSOC team.
- Perform firmware upgrades for virtual and physical servers during night shifts.
- Analyze phishing emails to determine legitimacy.
- Assist with troubleshooting Office365, Exchange, and Azure environments.
- Escalate issues not within scope to appropriate teams.
- Support team of 33 members, managing approximately 100 tickets per week.
- Contribute to system stabilization as new systems are integrated.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate ticket records.
