Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Pediatric experience is mandatory
• CPR certification required (PALS and BLS are not necessary)
• Strong communication and triage skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone-based triage assessments for pediatric patients
• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers based on clinical protocols
• Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper care pathways are established
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
