Position: Nurse Practitioner
Location: Greenville
Salary: Around $110,000+ (for 2+ years of experience)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide primary healthcare services to patients in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Perform and oversee in-office procedures and treatments.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare issues and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using eClinicalWorks EMR
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in SC and DEA Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Emergency Medicine preferred.
- Ability to manage a patient load of 16-24 patients per day.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on chronic care management.
- Flexible schedule to float between two office locations as needed.
- Availability to work 4 days a week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 1-hour lunch) with potential for 5 days based on patient volume and preference.
