Medical Assistant (MA)

• Dermatology Practice in Cumming, GA
• This is a contract-to-hire position.
• Pay: $21-23/hr. Based on experience/credentials
• Fulltime, M -F

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Obtaining medical history and accurately documenting visits in EHR
• Directly assisting providers with all aspects of dermatology patient care, including in-office procedures, surgeries and

• Accurately documenting all notes during the visit for provider
• Providing educational assistance, pharmacy needs and communications for lab and pathology results
• Educating patients both in person and on the phone
• Clean and sterilize medical equipment and instruments
• Scheduling patients as needed for follow up appointments

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of  
  #MA
   experience 
• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Stable job history required
• #dermatology
   experience preferred
• #EMA
   EMR experience required
• COVID vaccine is required
