You will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance multimedia environments for a leading global exchange operator. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, multimedia, broadcast, or related field
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Digital Signage, Dalet, IPTV/streaming, Video Walls, AV/IT Technologies including AV over IP networks, broadcast control rooms, and media asset management
- Deep understanding of workflows related to live streaming, broadcast media systems, video editing, and connectivity
- Proficiency with server and networking fundamentals across Linux, Windows, and MacOS
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, multicast/unicast, firewalls, ACLs, and AV over IP networking
- Experience supporting on-air environments and broadcast centers
- Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced settings
- Strong leadership qualities to guide technical teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stretch, and climb as needed
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability multimedia systems including Digital Signage, Broadcast Operations, IPTV, and Video Walls
- Lead project design discussions for scalable media architecture, including system diagrams, hardware specs, and disaster recovery models
- Manage relationships with AV system vendors, integrators, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and review service contracts, SLAs, and technical documentation
- Create and improve workflows for media asset management and broadcast operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex multimedia system issues, coordinating with IT operations to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Contribute to the continuous development of design and engineering best practices within the multimedia team
