Prestige Staffing is hiring for a Remote or Hybrid Director of Physician Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will have enterprise level management and planning capabilities. Looking for someone with a proven track record of leadership and results.
Job Description:
- Plays a vital leadership role in managing and optimizing the revenue cycle across a multifacility organization
- Responsible for partnering with all stakeholders, including physicians, section administrators, and clinical departments, to ensure effective revenue cycle performance
- Lead initiatives that enhance revenue generation, improve collections, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations
- Foster a collaborative environment with all departments HB & PB
- Drive the integration of revenue cycle functions, ensuring that best practices are consistently applied throughout the organization
- Ensures the team analyzes revenue cycle performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implements strategic initiatives that are aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee the development of financial projections and business cases based on revenue cycle data, guiding decision-making processes
- Mentoring and developing revenue cycle staff, establishing performance standards, and addressing any operational challenges that arise
- Monitor compliance and advocating for process improvements that will significantly contribute to the financial health and operational success
- Contribute to things that enhance the patient experience and organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, health administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or equivalent graduate work preferred
- 4-6 years recent management experience in physician group practice including multi-site group management
- Prefer experience in both the shared service and clinical department environments
- Demonstrated understanding in how to manage resources across an organization to make an enterprise-wide impact
- Able to pass criminal background, OIG, and drug test
- Proven leadership and results driven accomplishments
- Large physician business office experience
- Epic experience is extremely helpful
- If working remote must have a quiet designated workspace and high speed internet
Details:
- Monday – Friday normal business hours
- Exceptional benefits
- Pay is $180-200k DOE
- Prefer candidate lives in GA but would accept applications from AL, AR, FL, IL, LA, MI, NH, NC, OH, TN, SC, PA, TX, VA, or WI
- Travel to GA will be covered by facility
- All equipment will be provided by the facility
