Summary
Prestige Staffing is seeking a dedicated Remote Call Center Representative to join a dynamic team working on health insurance community events. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, enjoy outbound calling, and possess excellent communication skills. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center setting
• Comfortable making outbound calls to members
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Healthcare terminology knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial but not required

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries via phone or written communication within established timeframes
• Assist members with scheduling and coordinating community outreach events
• Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the computer system
• Coordinate member transportation when necessary
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all stakeholders
