Sr. Direct Mail Marketing Specialist
We’re partnering with a growing financial services organization that is building and scaling a direct mail program focused on business lending products.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to own direct mail strategy and execution end-to-end and help shape how the channel evolves.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end direct mail campaigns (audience strategy, segmentation, creative, vendor coordination, deployment)
- Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives targeting existing/known customers
- Manage relationships with list providers, data vendors, and mail houses
- Build and execute test-and-learn frameworks across audience, offer, creative, and timing
- Analyze performance using direct mail attribution methods (QR codes, pURLs, matchback, response rates, ROI)
- Optimize campaign performance and budget allocation across large-scale mail drops
- Partner with analytics, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are effective and compliant
- Identify opportunities to improve process, tooling, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in direct mail or performance marketing (strong preference for direct mail ownership)
- Proven experience with lifecycle campaigns targeting known customers
- Strong understanding of direct mail attribution, ROI, and performance measurement
- Experience working with mail houses, list providers, and data vendors
- Hands-on experience with test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, segmentation, targeting)
- Experience managing budgets and scaling campaign volume
- Background in financial services, lending, or fintech (business loans preferred)
- Familiarity with compliance/regulatory considerations is a plus
