Patient Services Call Center Representative – Temp-to-Hire | $17.50/hr | Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Ready to join a team that makes a real difference in patients’ lives—while gaining solid experience and a potential full-time role? We’re looking for a Patient Services Call Center Rep who’s great with people, quick on a keyboard, and calm under pressure.
Job Title: Patient Services Call Center Representative
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Location: Onsite in Dallas, TX (first 2 weeks), then remote
Address: 301 N Washington Ave, Dallas, TX 75246
Type: Temp-to-Hire (3–6 month contract with potential for full-time hire)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answer incoming calls from patients and family members with professionalism and a friendly attitude

Help schedule appointments and update patient information in the system

Verify insurance or provide self-pay info and cost estimates

Explain appointment details and prep instructions to patients

Send messages to the appropriate team members, and escalate urgent issues when needed

Keep things calm and helpful—even when the caller’s stressed
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma required
-
1+ year of call center or customer service experience

Comfortable working on a computer and typing quickly

Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
-
Stable job history preferred—please note any contract roles on your resume
