Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading highly technical products or managing product-engineering teams.
• Proven success in building developer-facing platforms or infrastructure products from inception to scale.
• Deep understanding of modern AI-assisted software development and agentic workflows.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and translate ambiguity into clear strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategic vision for AI code generation and developer workflows.
• Prioritize features and platform capabilities, balancing innovation with enterprise trust requirements.
• Establish key metrics for workflow quality, adoption, trust, and business impact, operationalizing them across product development.
• Lead architecture and product decisions for core platform primitives including context, memory, search, and orchestration.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to shape multi-quarter product roadmap and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment with engineering, design, AI, GTM, and leadership teams through effective stakeholder management.
