Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join a dynamic healthcare innovation team for a contract duration of 2-3 months. The role involves overseeing product development and implementation, monitoring key metrics, and troubleshooting operational issues to enhance customer experiences. Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and program management within healthcare or a health-related startup
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across teams and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot product issues
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product roadmaps
• Experience scripting, data workflows, and executing technical analyses

  Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze product performance, continuously seeking improvements
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues impacting customer experience
• Track and measure OKRs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Support the execution of the product roadmap, including developing features and user stories
• Coordinate with digital, operations, and finance teams to assess use cases, costs, and feasibility
• Engage with subject matter experts to scope and define technical work
• Maintain deep industry and competitor insights
• Build workflows aligned with product strategy and organizational needs
• Prepare communication materials for stakeholders and leadership
• Support project management activities such as risk assessment, stakeholder training, and status reporting
