Primary Responsibilities:

Title: Demand Manager
Duration: Permanent/Direct-hire
Location: Johnson City, TN
Compensation: $80,000-90,000
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales forecast by SKU/by Customer
- Coordinate Monthly IBP process to compile key information from Sales & Marketing teams; gain alignment on monthly forecast submissions.
- Calculate key forecasting metrics such as Forecast Variance, MAPE, & Bias. Identify areas of concern & opportunities for improvement
- Monitor SKU performance and make recommendations to the Sales/Marketing teams for SKU Rationalization
- Manage large data sets allowing for cycle over cycle forecast analysis. Ensure 24 months rolling forecast are accurately loaded into company systems
Job Related Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Information Systems, etc..
- Prior experience in forecasting, sales reporting, sales analytics or related discipline
- Must have thorough experience working in Excel at an advanced level : Formulas, PivotTables, Data Modeling, Power Query,
- Ability to present and lead meetings, facilitate discussions amongst cross-functional teams
