Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager specialized in Information Security to lead critical security projects. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day InfoSec operations and support client audit and attestation responses. This role offers an excellent opportunity to dive deep into security initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Information Security projects, including SIEM, PAM, IAM, threat management, data security, cloud security, and security compliance.
• Strong background in infrastructure projects such as cloud operations, network architecture, and platform engineering (AWS, Azure).
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience overseeing multi-functional teams of 10-15 members.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Microsoft Project or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple InfoSec projects, including daily security operations and client audit responses.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop, manage, and track project schedules and budgets.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, status updates, and progress reports.
• Engage with resource management to assign team members and perform capacity planning.
• Keep leadership informed of project risks, issues, and key milestones.
• Promote adherence to established project management frameworks and security best practices.
• Support process improvement initiatives within security projects.
• Ensure clear communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
