Requirements

• 10-15+ years of software development experience
• Extensive hands-on expertise in AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable AI agents and cloud-based tools
• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, or TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Kubernetes, Functions, OpenAI integration, etc.)
• Experience working in a structured process with problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and guide projects effectively
• Prior experience with problem solving in complex, multi-platform environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and architect AI tools and systems in a fully Microsoft Azure environment, including Kubernetes, Azure Functions, and OpenAI services
• Build scalable, cloud-native agentic systems leveraging LLMs and RAG techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify app insights within data and optimize cloud infrastructure
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, dedicating approximately 90% of your time to hands-on development and architecture design
• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring systems are secure, cost-effective, and high performing
• Guide project direction through thoughtful questions and structured problem-solving approaches
• Stay abreast of evolving AI frameworks and SDKs to continuously incorporate best practices into your work
